Pros
Competitive salary and great benefits. Management cares and they listen. The company does nice things for employees like gift cards on your birthday, family summer picnic and a great holiday party. They also do canned food and clothing drives, cancer walks and Habitat for Humanity. I think Premier is a great place to work.
Cons
I haven't had any problems at all.

Pay is good as is the benefits offered. My manager keeps in close touch with my team and is always ready to listen and follow up. The company is really growing and that is a good sign in today's market. I work with a talented team and the people in the corporate office are very caring and willing to help at any time...even after hours.

I can't think of any cons to working here.
