Cons
Required 40 regular in office hours a week with all out of office hours as on-call. Often would get called in for 3rd shift issues lasting up to 3 or 4am and then he expected to return by 8am for office hours. As a salaried employee there was no compensation for on-call hours. Company merged with Roth Produce and showed extreme favoritism to their employees over tenured employees at Roth. There were managers for the managers of managers with none on the same page.
