From my time at Premier, I saw multiple screaming matches in the office. Many employees were driven to tears.
Premier is also forcing employees to work from the office during the current pandemic while management can choose when to work from home themselves. There is nothing occurring in the office that cannot be done at home, in my experience.
I wish everyone who considers this employer could see the lawsuits that have been served to them.
Upper management is cruel and vindictive. If you do one thing they disagree with, they will bully you into quitting and be petty for the rest of your career. There is no forgiveness or empathy. The average time for an employee is 1-2 years and there is a reason.
I cannot name a single employee I met who has remained happy. Maybe your first six months with the company are alright. People end up tolerating it. They get tied into the abusive relationship that is working at Premier. Employees develop a loyalty and obligation to the company that could not care less about them. Every day at Premier, you will wonder what insanity will be thrown at you while you do not receive a fair salary.
I pity everyone who continues to work there.
P.S. There are several current and former employees who are incredibly sexist and verbally harass female employees. This has been brought to the attention of management and nothing was done. There is also not a formal HR department to complain to.
