Pros

There's room for growth. But be careful, because that's what they're notorious for saying during internal interviews. Broken promises are also what Premier is known for.

Cons

-Managers have no experience leading a team. They're all just the CEO's friends. -base salary is a joke ($40K) -WAY too much change, including the new compensation plan (ask them about that if you're internally interviewing for the company.), your managers, office moves, people leaving, etc. -VERY catty. Everyone there is extremely fake and talks behind your back. Especially your manager. When I gave Premier my notice, HR and my manager didn't realize they accidentally dialed me and were having a conversation talking extreme trash about me. Talk about a well established environment. -Lastly, unorganized. Premier has no idea what they're 3 month plan is. They just DO things rather than think things through

Pros

Young and energetic culture. If you're right out of college and looking for a competitive sorority like atmosphere this company is for you! They also have great afterwork events and parties. Premier has very large growth potential. They manage to hire a lot of smart and hardworking people.

Cons

The majority of employees are women around the age of 21-28. Almost all of the recruiters are on 100% commission, not only does this immediately instill a sense of competition among 'teammates' but it does not make it an environment that is conducive to learning or support. There are weekly 'sorority' like meetings held where individual billing numbers are read and the highest billers are rewarded with designer handbags and jewelry. With the majority of the employees under 28 naturally there is lots of gossip and drama. Instead of sr. management dealing with this in a constructive way they prefer to be kept up to date about the information being spread about the employees. There is almost no work life balance and employees are 'encouraged' to work long hours and check email on the weekends. The 'top billers' seem to set the tone and are often excuse from the rules that apply to the majority of employees. Not only can they act and treat other however they like and be rewarded for it but rules are often set in place that favor them. Lots of promises of change are made yet everything seems to stay the same.

Thanks for your feedback and thoughtful response. We appreciate that agency recruiting is not for everyone. While Premier's culture is sales driven, the management team and seasoned recruiters work hard to develop and coach junior recruiters who are new to the business.

Worst Place to work

Pros

The location of the company is beautiful. Also the company offers fun perks company outings

Cons

Miserable work environments. Lacks diversity. All employees seem stressed, and overworked. Premier is also extremely discriminatory as the company is predominantly all white women. The CEO also does not value any of her employees as to why the turnover rate is so high.
