Having recently joined PWS I was met with a refreshing surprise from day 1. The senior management team are innovative and and very approachable - the fact that they support all of their staff by offering the best training and development programme for all new employees is simply a warm welcome. The company has many USP's which includes the longevity of current employees and by having a warm, professional environment for everyone to work in. The commission structures are some of the best in the industry. I have already visited a number of branches and everyone demonstrates their passion for working at PWS. This really is an environment where you receive the ultimate respect from your peers whilst having the feeling of belonging in a growing business.

One of the strongest aspects of the company is its management, my manager supports me in every aspect of my role, as well as having a hands on and approachable Managing Director. Recruitment is a high pressure environment, but there is a strong culture of support across the company. People genuinely want to see each other succeed, and support isn’t limited to just your own branch or department - colleagues will step in to help wherever they can. The number of long serving employees speaks for itself and reflects the positive culture and loyalty the company inspires.
