In terms of funding, we have been fortunate to secure funding that allows us runway for the foreseeable future. We do however need to be careful of this and spend wisely where appropriate. We have also used this funding directly for our current employees and new employees package, equity is comparable to other start-ups if not more, and have introduced weekly lunches, employee budget for personal growth, team lunches, etc.
While certainly I am bias, I do believe we have a very good product which can be further improved on. In this aspect, many improvements are under way and I have no doubt in a short time, we'll get there. Our product has already made and helped tens and thousands of people change their diet / lifestyle for the better. There are countless testimonials I read and that's what motivates me. Money should never be the motivating factor and it's a belief I've always had throughout each of my previous business and even more apparent here at Prenetics. It's truly about improving people's lives and making our tests accessible to as many people as possible, globally.
I'm immensely proud of where we are today as a company and more proud of our entire team which is the reason we are here today. We'll continue to make the experience better for all employees and wish you all the best in your future career, health, and life.
