In short, not a pleasant place to work. There is a real culture of bullying which I see others have also mentioned. The leadership team are without morals, incredibly narcissistic, and have a very high opinion of themselves. Too high, considering they work for a small, unprofitable agency.
Unfortunately in my time here I have seen lots of staff come and go. In fact, staff turnover is incredibly high, which tells you everything you need to know. More recently, I have seen the way they treat hardworking members of staff when they are no longer needed (because as an agency we are not bringing in enough work for them). It has actually been quite shocking to see.
There is also such a weird and uncomfortable atmosphere in the office which is hard to put my finger on, but I think it comes down to the hierarchical nature of the place and the fact none of the staff ever have a positive word to say about the company. I can never wait to leave at the end of the day.
Ultimately, when I accepted the job at Prescript I had other job offers on the table, but I chose Prescript as I liked the sound of it. I will always look back on that decision as the worst of my professional life. Lots of people here have said the same and are now exploring other opportunities.
If you are thinking of working here, my advice would be don’t. Without knowing anything about you, I know you can do so much better.
