Pay scale is not comparable to the field. This company started out with great vision but after Larry was asked to move on greed and ego took his place. Do not trust current VP's. They don't bother to understand the business or field we are in. They make questionable decisions based their own numbers and not the actual data provided to them. They refuse to hire. Believe they are pushing to move company to California (but that is only my personal feeling). They recently lost money and to help recoup they let 55 people go - most for salary dump as they were the core group of IT Project Managers and such. The people we need to fix our systems that were really good at their job no longer work there making it harder to see progress.

When the company started, the pay was awesome now hardly any raises or employee appreciation. They used to do Town hall meets, company events and now you are luckily if you get anything. They have more VPs now then you can count instead of investing that money into the employees that are keeping the company going. The systems are falling apart without any maintenance that improves workflow while continuing to stay under staff without allowing to hire.
