The contract provided and signed at time of offer was 5 hours less than what the business actually wanted, this PriceHubble confirmed in 2 separate meetings was a mistake. Indeed 5 hours extra per week was the normal contractual hours for the rest of the team and business. PriceHubble expected extra working time on top of what they'd intended to hire on an ongoing and regular basis and asked the employee to bridge the gap of their mistake. It was made clear that personal development was a key aspect for me during the interview stage and was mentioned by PriceHubble in their offer. When request for PD support was made this was ignored until a formal meeting, at which time PriceHubble advised they wouldn't support, because they needed me to invest more than the contractual hours on an ongoing basis to work rather than use that time for personal development.
