The name and history. It's Prima, who doesn't know it.

Cons

No support from bosses, everyone suck up to the dictator, no one is able to communicate properly, when they screw up anything just double down and scream at your juniors so that they get blamed.

Best: full insurance coverage at panel, fixed bonus and complimentary lunch at canteen

Cons

Worst: no flexibility - fixed work hours (8.30am to 6pm), fixed lunch timing (either 12-1 or 1-2pm). If you’re eating at 12.30, your lunch ends at 1pm. No work from home, clock and clock out system. No tolerance for 5mins lateness. 2 months notice period for entry level. Very Chinese oriented. No proper planning and no orientation by HR at all.

Even in a small department, many politics and mainly towards executive. Work OT (no OT paid) and weekend are expected due to heavy workload with unreasonable timeframe. No appreciation only criticisms. Micromanagement from managers.
