Pros
Good paid but doesn't worth it. This place will motivate you to look for another job.
Cons
Facility is very old and dirty. Machines and equipment not working from time to time. Bugs everywhere, even inside clean rooms. Extremely understaffed. People are overworked. Some managers manage like a dictatorship. Tons of cGMP and documentation problems. Management would not listen to feedback. Your job duties could be a lot different from what was described during job interview. Very poor benefits. No one recognized your hard work.

Senior Management has no clear objectives for growth. Facility is crumbling. Employee benefits are bare bones and their is no investment by the organization in the workforce.
