Always short-staffed, patients can be very difficult. There is an extreme lack of communication from immediate management and upper management. We were always being told about lack of government funding and our jobs could be eliminated. Employee turn-over is very high.

I don’t know where to start. Poor management from bottom up! This FQHC does not care about the people, its a numbers game ! More patients more federal funding , so the patients are a cash cow. I don’t know where the money is going because it isn’t going to equipment , professional development, or funding projects. Don’t get suckered into the “ you will get great tuition reimbursement benefits” doesn’t exist unless it suits them. Providers are over booked everyday and its like the life is being sucked out of them. Their MAs can’t even do their job because they are so short staffed . They do not care about the employees who work hard and provide excellent patient care. The above review is on the money when the bad seeds get protected! If you want to do community care don’t come to this company!
