      there is no life balance almost every holiday and sun u have to go office ,either u have work or not ,becoze other department is coming.

      Good to learn new things initially with respect to creating backgrounds.New ways and techniques to upgrade skill level and creativity.Got to work on amazing animation project. Thanks for that.

      Cons

      Politics, partiality, blame game, Irresponsible behavior and childishness of Team Lead. No appreciation for the efforts put in by the artist. Favoring preferred people by TL and total lack of human values. Donkey work. No proper pipeline.
