Pretty decent pay for the work you do. Friendly atmosphere. Management works with you and is lenient when you have stuff going on outside of work like Dr appts.

Cons

Gets pretty hot in the summer and dirty. Cold in the winter. Sometimes you work long hours but that's overtime pay.
