      great ppl to work with

      Cons

      management doesnt know anything about IT, launch a lot of great products without process in place, lack of communication between team members and management. Lack of training for the new starters, young management with no previous leadership experience

      now it has been taken over by M2 I'm sure its a better place. The previous management team were 3rd rate and no wonder it was in financial trouble

      Totally mismanaged, no direction and painful place to be. I could not believe how bad the culture was in the place
