      Too woke as a whole. But generally sober.

      Nice place to Postdoc

      Research associate

      Pros

      Good resources for research. Mostly supportive colleagues willing to collaborate. Easy to find expertise in adjacent fields (biology)

      Cons

      Postdoc's can be exploited easily. Long working hours. Expected to essentially run the labs and train/mentor students without guidance from PI's. Most projects are high risk/high reward.
