      The Shift hours are ok.

      Cons

      High level stress, negative employee interactions, poor management, physical and verbal harassment, heavy work load.

      Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are working hard to improve our overall leadership and engagement. Work volumes have been high due to customer demand, which is a good problem to have, but we are still working on better work life balance for all of our team members.

      Pros

      the every day on the floor team is great. Easy to get along with and helpful.

      Cons

      The Office management, they bring their kids to work and any pets. Kinda rubs it in everyone else face that they can do whatever they want.

      They’re Outside all the time.

      Cons

      You have to do productions job when you’re not a production worker. Yard gets looked down on, even though they’re told that they’re the last eye to see quality. Sounds like they should be a big deal. But they’re always forgotten.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value all of our employee regardless of whether they work in production or the yard. Working outside in the yard may be tough at times, but the work done there is critical because it is the last quality check on behalf of our customers. We will be working harder to improve our training and make sure none of our employees feel forgotten.
