Lack of Leadership: My department operated without a designated manager. This created a vacuum where we never knew who we answered to or where to go for guidance, leading to total organizational chaos.
Scapegoating Culture: There is a disturbing policy of internal blame-shifting. When other departments made errors, my team was forced to take the fall and tell clients that we made the mistake.
Unethical Practices: Most concerningly, when client information was compromised, we were instructed to lie to the clients to hide the true extent of the breach. This lack of transparency regarding data security is deeply unethical.
Abusive Client Relations: The company allows clients to speak to employees in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Furthermore, if a client failed to follow their own contractually obligated steps, the employees were the ones punished for the client’s non-compliance.
Not Family Friendly: The environment is high-stress and demeaning, with zero regard for employee well-being or work-life balance.
