What I love about the company is its remote/ hybrid setup. It's also wonderful to be working with a diverse group of people from various locations around the globe.

Cons

It's a cool place to be for people who love learning, but things can get intense, especially at the busiest time of the year.

Lots of channels to get support if needed.

Cons

Scheduled to take chats but KPI is still expecting to hit CPH. I hope they have a different metrics for chat and email. Or if you're scheduled to take chats, just take chats. if scheduled to get emails, get emails only.
