Informal work environment, nice owners, very good Christmas bonus
Cons
Low pay, extremely religious environment (owner has everyone pray at meetings), no room for advancement, coworkers are clicky, gossipy and judgmental if you don't attend church, projects are not taken seriously and are often left unfinished, employees that have worked there for over 5 years get away with being very bad at their job.
