Management are inadequate, with limited market knowledge, and refused for changes. Limited opportunity is presented at work, because most of the people has worked for more than 5 years there at mid-low positions. Horrible culture and working environment, rigid management style. Classic example is they have to go through your high school HKCEE result at interview, 3 written tests, english articles comments sharing, you feel like you are go for a primary school entrance exam. At work, all mobile phones are strictly required to be turned off (they block the reception anyway, plus no wifi), all social website/ email service is blocked at computer, and since the office is so small, when you move, everyone are basically staring at you. More importantly, no one talks at work, and there is a huge imbalanced of gender distribution, 90% female. Rigid management examples are reviewing your website browsing history, toilets access times per day, loud blaming in front of everyone. Huge micro-management, for example, all sales lead email has to CC your direct manager even you are at managerial position, note-taking review, spy telephone conversation.
Indeed, there are a lot of bad mouthing going on at work. Highly not recommended!
