Pros

1) Transparent workflow due to less manager and team 2) Snacks & common Birthday celebration 3) salary is on time 4) once in a year annual function 5) diwali sweets

Cons

1) Number of leaves (CL/PL) could be improved 2) Bonus/incentive/Meal cards etc should be there 3) + 5 days a week is ideally being followed by all companies this should also be there 4) Performance review should be done based on work and performance , cross functional feedback would also be good rather then 1 manager giving feedback 5) Timings should be kept flexible (1 min late policy does seem to be a good one) 6) Insurance/ mediclaim would be good to have

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you found our company a good one to start your career with and found many pros while working with us. Also, we appreciate your suggestions and would like to enlighten few points like: • We have introduced flexible work time and are following the same. • We have always followed cross functional feedback system for employee appraisals. • We follow 5 day a week except for two Saturdays on which we work only for a "half day". Our organisation believes in putting continuous efforts for employee satisfaction and their work life balance and we diligently work towards achieving the same. Pros

I can not see any pros at all.

Cons

Many, Salary deducted if you come even 5 minute late, can not use mobile at all feels like school, lunch time and break timings are fixed as you are working in some factory not suited for it company. Have to work extra hours if some day you leave 30 minute early for some emergency. No leaves granted easily, you have to literally beg for leave even in case of medical emergency. Worst part: senior manager behave like god and other all are zero , keep putting his nose in things he is not aware or not have any knowledge. no work life balance at all.

Thank you for your review. We would like to put light on certain factors which you have mentioned in your review 1) The company has always thrived for betterment of employees work life balance and has consistently made changes to employee policies based on their suggestions; recently we have introduced flexible work timings. We try our best to keep employees motivated by constantly arranging various fun activities and keep them encouraged by appreciating them on a monthly basis. 2) Usage of Mobile Phones; Since the inception of the company we never had any policy where employees were asked to submit their mobile phones before proceeding to their work stations. Mobile phones are with the employees when they are in office and are free to attend emergency calls anytime. 3) Lunch and Break time: We have a fixed lunch and break time as there is work inter-dependency between various teams and a lot of time may get wasted if everyone will take breaks as per their schedule; we have 45 min of lunch and 15 min of tea break which is in consideration of employees requirement. 4) Leave grants: If the leaves are planned and informed prior with valid reason, no leaves are rejected. Also in case of emergency/sick leave the company only expects a notification from the employee about his/her leave. Our organisation believes in putting continuous efforts for employee satisfaction and their work life balance and we diligently work towards achieving the same. Pros

There is nothing to like if we see this much level of unprofessional behaviour

Cons

I started to work there even with low salary but then I didn’t find scope in product and it was not aligning with my goals so i simply wanted to discontinue. Now they are denying to even give salary which is really unprofessional and no company does this and neither it’s legal under payment of wages act 1936. They started to defend through notice period policy, things abandoned which is totally false. No notice period was communicated during probation. Now i will file a complain in labour commissioner just for 1 month salary. Company is working globally still the behaviour is highly unprofessional. They are not even responding timely even after communicating with them in a formal manner. Worst experience and so many things to dislike.
