You can apply this job even without any experience. I don't know about other department, but in IT was very friendly conditions. There was lot of experienced specialists, who could give you hand. But this was 4 year ago...

Cons

-small salary -work in this bank like GERBALIFE. Your salary depends of value of sold banks product, even through your job don't connected with front office. CEO said: All employees are saller! -no overtime payments, no additional compensation package
