Privatisation Commission Reviews

1. Although Body Corporate but lacks structure as well as culture of a Body Corporate, seems to be stuck between Body Corporate and Ministerial Structure 2. Do have own Rules and Regulations but they are defective and most of the times management have to refer to Rules & Regulations of other bodies. 3. Although not attached to any organization as per PC Ordinance but Ministry of Privatisation is there to try to be its manager but lacks the capability 4. Lacks owned Leadership i.e. Head or Organizations are shared b/w Ministry and Commission 5. Top Management lacks all the capabilities of management 6. Lacks Pay Structure and other allied benefits 7. ..........
