The flat organisational structure isn't just a buzzword; it's how the company operates, making it easy to communicate with anyone, including senior management. You have a lot of autonomy, but also a lot of responsibility to manage your projects and adapt to evolving business needs.
Cons
Requires a Self-Starter Mindset: As a fast-paced startup, projects can shift quickly. This environment is best for those who can take initiative and adapt to change without needing a lot of hand-holding. Startup Pace: Things can move very fast, with priorities being picked up and dropped as the business evolves. This requires a high degree of flexibility and a "startup mindset."
