Pros

Management exhibits high level of stress constantly. Culture was oppressive and toxic, which was reflected by its high turnover rate. Avoid this one if you ever had a second option. Hong Kong office may differ, though.

Cons

Might get some local business owner connections if you are in the sales role. A lesson of failure in leadership/management.

You work alongside supportive colleagues and you don't have to be afraid to ask questions. Every team member works together in brainstorming and help out whenever they can.

Cons

Extra bonus or performance bonus is not guaranteed, and benefits are not the best.
