Cons
Learned that there had been 10 sales managers in 10 years. Sales pitch upon hiring did not equate to actual job duties. Benefits were lacking with high copays. Culture was for lack of better word terrifying. Very few women and minorities. Disciplinary meetings abundant and nobody was safe.
Good coworkers and team collaboration. Effective use of the tools. Benefits were good. ESOP is good if the company grows.
Cons
Speaking your mind and challenging the status quo are not well received. If your perspectives weren't inline with C-level leadership, you were not welcome. That environment doesn't encourage growth of the organization nor the employee's.
