Upper management has no knowledge of any market except where headquarters is and they assume the entire US is the same as Texas. This product is not necessary everywhere and they need to realize that.

Started out as a good experience, however it took a turn when we restructured. Them people that work there are nice and committed.

Management is not up to par with what most corporations. Some middle management are good but are restricted by upper management! Your concerns are never addressed! No upward swing at this company even if you are a top performer!!!!
Management can not be trusted and neither can HR. This place promotes a hostile work environment caused by abusive and volatile upper management. HR is supposed be a safe place to voice concerns, but is unfortunately is the complete opposite. They pretend to care but does nothing. They lie to protect the company at any cost. The worst place I have ever worked.

Where do I begin? Let's just say that Pro-Vigil is terrible at managing money. Because of this, many people have been let go. They also have one or two exceedingly toxic individuals in upper management.
