Pros

I have been with the company almost 20 years. It's best kept secret is all the employees that have worked here between 10 and 40 years (with the Lockwood Greene acquisition). Additionally, the company is now 100% employee owned. It now gives the employees the chance to control and contribute to their portion of ownership. Also, the company has a strong telework policy for most employees if their job allows. The new CEO Sherry Browder is great to work with, and her door is truly open to all employees.

Cons

The challenge of meeting client expectations and ever evolving government political landscape. Things always change and one needs to be able to roll with the changes.

This position helped advance me from "Still-in-school student" to having approximately 2.5 years of engineering design experience.

Cons

I got laid off due to the company experiencing a prolonged lack of incoming work to the company.
