      Pros

      Good first job experience as you with a diverse set of tasks as it is a small company. Other than that I can't find many other Pros.

      Cons

      I work at this company long enough to say that these things here are opinions reality. The company is managed by a married couple, CEO/President, they are the sole owners, and they use this to their advantage. They hire the wast majority straight out of college and then look down on them and say that this is the way things are in the professional life. I've never felt so useless because all management does is to highlight all your errors and never give you credit for your good job. They fire people to the left and to the right because they have unrealistic expectations and they motivate you by threatening you that you could get fired. Eventually I could not stand this work environment anymore and quit, most people at ProDIGIQ stay a few months and then get fired or quit, which says something about the company. I would be very careful in considering working here. Please also be aware that the CEO is asking people internally to write positive reviews here at Glassdoor and then send it to him for approval before posting the positive review. Therefore many of these reviews are dishonest opinions. I hope would have read comment like these before working at ProDIGIQ becuase it's not what you think it is...

      Do your diligence and question what is said; trust your gut

      Pros

      As an entry level employee, which is the vast number (all?) of their staff, you'll get the experience you need to move on to better opportunities. Your experience at Prodigiq will undoubtedly make you grateful when you move to any other company: one with true career advancement, prevailing wages, and a non-toxic work environment.

      Cons

      Use another professional website to look at employee count. I'm seeing 8 employees now, and I know some of them have not updated their profile. Does this jive with the countless positive company reviews that have been written? All in the same tone/manner and within a day? If the company is truly that great, why the almost 100% entry level employees along with one very experienced "employee" that seems more a consultant than anything else? Controlling and most toxic environment I have ever had the displeasure of working for. Oppressive. Classic example of talking the talk but not walking the walk. Husband and wife principals purport to be the most caring and wonderful people and business people to ever walk the face of the earth. They aren't.

      A Very Strange Place Of Work

      Pros

      The office was very close to home so my commute was easy.

      Cons

      The whole place has a very odd vibe. All staff tip toe around the owners of the business. Expectations are ridiculously high for minimal pay. There feels like constant manipulation going on. I am very surprised to see so many positive reviews about ProDIGIQ.
