      Pros

      I enjoyed working in the medical field. I enjoyed not working a regular 9-5 until I had children. I enjoyed traveling etc.

      Cons

      I didn't enjoy the scheduling in my area and there were times it was good and times that it felt uneven and like there was favortism.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Enjoyed those I worked with. The last management team was awesome.

      Cons

      Too much turnover. Changed processess every other week. In the year I worked there, management turned over three times.
