Time management is necessary and affords you with a lot of personal freedom, provided you’re handling your responsibilities

Direct management has more of an ear for the field. Upper management does not seem to care what the field has to say.

No concern for quality, customer service, contract commitments, revolving door at service leadership positions. Constantly laying off people to compensate for poor business decisions and performance.
