-The company prioritizes client demands over employee well-being. -Work schedules can change suddenly, including unexpected night shifts, even when there is no real operational need for overnight coverage. -Management decisions often seem disorganized, and communication about changes is weak. Quality Assurance processes are also questionable, as feedback and evaluations do not always appear to come from experienced or well-informed reviewers.Another major concern is job stability. As this is an offshore project-based environment, the continuation of the project depends entirely on the client.
