In the end they owed us 2 months salary and we were not able to do anything about it due to the laws in Singapore.

Innovative growth-oriented company The office culture is very friendly and innovative, encouraging employees to think and shoot problem. Development employees career. Compensation and benefit are good and reasonable.
Cons
Newly-starting development means the products commercialization may take a lot of time. This is good for newly young researcher. However, considering the company long-term development, you may need to consider the financial supporting.
