      Proactive training Lots of learning opportunities Interesting work Get to see lots of behind the scenes stuff Pride in craftmanship Explore different trades. Great co-workers Good job security.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking. Pay to responsibility ratio isn't that great. Upward movement is very limited, you will have additional responsibilities added to your current position, and opportunities to move up are few between. Insurance benefits weren't great. Stressful. Lots of travelling
