Pros

You get to work with great personnel and customers

Cons

Extremely poor pay and limited recognition for hard work and dedication. Pay not in-line with other companies, industries or regions in terms of cost of living.

Pros

they give you free food sometimes. that’s it.

Cons

Mangers are very inexperienced. They don’t give you good training, they just make you shadow someone until they feel like you should know enough. This small company has a toxic environment that is very clear after working there for a couple months. They hire younger more inexperienced workers, to justify the sad excuse of “pay” they offer. No Procurement Specialist should be paid $15 an hour for the amount of work and stress they require, no matter what age they are. It is no wonder this company has such a high turnover rate, and no clients what to work with them.

Pros

There are no pros about this company

Cons

The job wasn't bad but the management is unfit and doesn't even know any of the jobs they hire people for and they pick at every little thing they don't care about the employees. Lack of training. Your training will be shadowing someone for a day then it is sink or swim, full production. Pay is Poor Department managers could use management and interpersonal training. Many of them are either unaware of fundamental flaws in current processes, are incapable of listening to employee concerns, or are unwilling to identify and change processes and properly address workload concerns. Some managers have personal flaws that interfere with their ability to allow their workers to take initiative and implement objectively sound ideas, perhaps due to excessive caution in decision making or personal ego issues. Some also have character flaws such as poor communication skills, resort to stonewalling, play favorites, or have an overall condescending attitude. I caught one manger watching NSFW things on his computer.
