Great growth opportunities, but job security is uncertain

Pros

Great growth opportunity, lots of focus on mentorship, a lot of opportunities to study during downtime, very pro developer during my time there. Both managers I had were very open about financial situation of the company and I got a generous severance + help with resume after I was let go.

Cons

You get assigned to random clients and sometimes they can really suck as you basically work for them during your period with with. Organization as a whole isn't doing amazing as of 2024-2026 and job security might not be amazing.

Projects may vary based on clients Some clients may have very ambitious deadlines In order for projects to succeed you may have to put in more than the average amount of effort Teammates may not reflect that attitude
