Pros
Has very poor professionalism. Promotions aren't based on one's competitiveness. The retail platform and product basket expansion are not based on any sales strategy. Entry-level jobs have the most terrible conditions with no overtime for working on public holidays and working during odd hours i.e some errands are done after 8 pm and this can even stretch up to past midnight
