Pros
Remote worker. Can adjust workload to suit your schedule. Interesting and some challenging cases. Good support from management. Pleasant work environment. Higher quality review product being created by reviewers than industry standard.
Cons
Some software tweaking would make the review process more efficient, but as this software was provided by third party, opportunities for modifying it were limited.

Pros
The managers are very supportive, fair, and firm with those who don't pull their weight. There's great culture here - people are helpful, open-minded, and fun to work with, even though a fair amount work from home. And you can tell Betti Anders, the CEO, really cares about her staff and improving the company's growth (so we can grow our PDI Family).
Cons
Sometimes it's hard to feel connected to others since you don't physically see them everyday (most are remote), but that's just part of the company structure.
