Pros

Up beat fast paced environment. The sales manager Dan Spurs plays an incredible roll and the company. If it wasn't for him I'm not so sure the company would even stay afloat. There's three different owners and they all have part ownership of multiple different companies, some more kinky and money-hungry than others.

Cons

As an entry level position starting at ABDC, which is basically a position created to the intent of a liner or setter, as part of a liner closer technique used to close deals. You are expected to make 200 plus phone calls a day as well as deal with some of the owners in discussions on a daily basis. As to the right of privacy, I will not elaborate any further. They also are very quick to judge, and have a some sort of an elitists clique formed that if you're not a part of, they'll fire you for a 3 minute tardy while one of the "chosen one's" can show up an hour late still out of their mind high and drunk from the Bender the night before, and not even get a second look.
