Management doesn’t know what they are doing. Outdated processes and blatant favoritism. Regular in-fighting between executives in front of others.

High turn over of staff, leadership plans always changing for the worst, as of this past October of 2024, I was laid off with a bunch of workers due to incompetency from senior leadership that have no idea how they lost a million dollars that resulted in my loss and another personnel that worked for over 30 years in the company. In addition, I was aware of a serious sexual harassment incident in which the employee who did the act from my understanding prior to my forced departure is still working there. I highly recommend people to avoid working here
