Pros
Good people who worked hard for the cause,. average salaries. Loved my team and being able to work on exciting projects. Original owners were top notch.
Cons
Not much opportunity for vertical motion, bonuses, or pay raises. Tight budgets associated with a startup. Tended to cut staff when money got tight. Too many projects in the queue at times which impacted quality Company closed its doors in August 2013 with assets sold to a competitor.
