      Pros

      Great team, great clients, great projects and overall good social benefits package and lifestyle. They are very respectful of your personal time.

      Cons

      It's growing fast. Lot of changes and opportunities. You have to keep the pace.

      Good but not good enough

      Pros

      As a programmer you work with skillful and humble colleagues. Social activities so you know better your colleagues. No excess amount of meetings, just what is needed. Annual salary revision. Annual bonus, tied to your performance.

      Cons

      You don't have room for advancement, neither in salary nor in role. Company is inflexible in term of hours, only when the pandemic has hit that we were offered some. Technical debt is something very present, and won't disappear in the near future.

      Work from home, good salary

      Cons

      High micromanaging, everyone fears the CEO and only told her what she wants to hear instead of sharing the truth about what is really happening. Highly toxic environment, lot's of gossip, favoritism and misogyny.
