Employees/ colleagues are great - hard to say the same about the management
Pros
- Colleagues are great(Except for some higher management staff) - Weekly sports activities, movie nights ones every two months - A lot of opportunities are provided to if you are willing to work extra hours and put a lot of effort. - If you are in good terms with the management there will be a little bit of transparency. - If you are willing to work long hours you get good reviews and good packages. - two exceptionally good products (Optimo & Salestar).
Cons
- Due to lack of resource multiple responsibilities and roles has to be taken up by an individual - regardless of your job descriptions and designation - Due to some individuals who work long hours(12 hours or 13 hours) every day, management expects the same from all. - long hours and working on weekends is a routine in this place. - Even people who have worked for 5-10 years lose their respect ones they decide to move on - company gives bad reviews on these people to whoever plans to recruit them next when contacted. - Puppet HR(managed completely by COO). - They don't recruit the best. They recruit the cheapest and interviewees who are above the norm. - When shortlisted from an interview try to get into optimo as the company beieve there's better "scope and future" for this product which the company invests more on.
