      Pros

      Decent Christmas bonus. This box has a 5 word minimum.

      Cons

      Terrible management, constantly changing how they want something done with little or no communication of the changes . No room for advancement. Preferential treatment to people of certain religious denominations. Too many meetings, many not even relevant to your department.

      Pros

      At Progress Manufacturing, they value relationships with one another so it feels like one big family! Everyone is so friendly and caring. Beautiful building, great people, awesome benefits. I will be an employee of Progress Manufacturing for a long time! Management is always around and talking to employees, making them feel valued and appreciated. Lots of company events to take part in. Very happy to have found a place with such an amazing company!
