Management is constantly changing things and disorganized and hours are inconsistent

Very micromanaged. Many issues with compliance, struggling to ensure proper measures are always followed for restricted products. Often times, management will make mistakes between multiple metrics, have orders mixed up, get behind, and blame technicians for production, even when goals are met and exceeded. There have been times the contaminants have been found that SOP states than an entire room should be cleansed and the product destroyed. Instead of doing so, they’ll send the technicians on an unpaid “day off” and request them to come in and work on the product that the state requires be destroyed, just under a new metric number after having trusted staff swap the tags.
