Pros
The mission of the organization is a vital one in the New Orleans community. The staff is quite pleasant and lovely, but one can only accomplish so much in one day.
Cons
Too many hats are worn by all of the staff for too little pay. Management is too inexperienced for the position and really doesn't have a handle on programs that fund the organization. Spends most of his time outside the office and doesn't work one-one-one enough with staff. Board is too involved day-to-day and there is much favoritism played by the board.
