Flexible working until they subtly removed it

Startup with a full on corporate level of toxicity. Merits are based on how much toxic positivity you bring about rather than what you actually contribute. Management don't know what they're doing. Lots of imposters acting as if they know what's right when most of their deliverables are purely performative
