Pros

It paid the bills, paid on time, own office.

Cons

Severe lack of communication between team members. Management lacked incentives and true direction. A few coworkers were very nasty people with horrible values.

-pay is not what it needs to be -only give you raises every few years -schedule is all over the place

They have a great technology equipment and potential and the datacenter and data estructure is good and rentable . Nice break room

Cons

They have to communicate better and make fair payments They management decitions are wrong. The president of the company don't know what is really going in there.
