work environment downstairs is loud, too many people crammed into one location, management does not communicate to staff, departments don't work well with each other, poor morale, many layoffs, not a good place to work

The 3 senior leaders are a bunch of egotistical frat boys. They spend more time trying to figure out who to blame than on actual strategy and how to move the business forward. They all sit in a room and decide who is worthy and who is not. If you’re not part of the inner circle, they will cut you out.
